Did you know it is so easy to make your own oat flour??? If they are gluten-free oats, this is a great gluten-free flour alternative. It is also so healthy because it is full of great fiber and protein. This is a lovely filler flour or even stand alone flour for baked goods, breakfast items, and can be mixed in to any recipe that calls for flour.
Take any amount of raw, uncooked oats you’d like:
and simply process them in a food processor until fine.
Store in an airtight container as you would flour. See? So easy!!!
