I am on my 6th day of juice fasting and feel great! I write more about that here. On my Instagram account, I was asked about some of my juicing recipes, so I’ll be bringing you a few! Today’s is simple, delicious, and sweet. But with all the spinach, there’s no guilt!
My husband came up with this clever name which clearly describes this delicious juice.
Pearberry Juice Recipe serves 1
2 ripe pears
2 C spinach or baby spinach
1 C blueberries
That’s it! Just those simple ingredients! I simply cut up the pear and through it all in the juicer. I used gaucho pears and I chose ones that were slightly bruised so I knew it was sweet and juicy!
If you have ever juiced, you know how much energy you get and how many various flavors you can enjoy. If you try this recipe, let me know! Even if you’re not juice fasting, this juice still makes a great breakfast replacement or nutritious snack.

What kind of juicer do you use?

I use Jack LaLanne’s Power Juicer Express. I have had it for about two years and have never had any problems. For the price it is an amazing juicer!
