I like food. Ok, I love food. I’m constantly inspired to try new things with a healthy twist. I try to primarily eat a plant-based diet but when I can’t cook for myself, I’ll bend a little…sometimes a lot. Sooooo I’m not the strictest vegetarian you’ll find. I’m fun, cheesy-humored, and like to try to make recipes as easy, healthy, yet fancy as possible. I gotta keep my hot husband fed.
The apron became my inspiration when my then beau, now hubby, bought me a beautiful apron. I decided at that point, if he liked my food so much, then I can inspire others, too!

I loved the cilantro lime pesto recipe you came up with that copies chilis margarita flatbread recipe, only its much healthier. I can’t locate the recipe for the flatbread however, I was sure you had a recipe with monterey jack and mozzarella cheese with the pesto?
